Rick Pallokat: President, Commercial Operations

Rick Pallokat is responsible for TWi US operations. He brings in more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience in the Pharmaceutical industry and has great track records in his generic business career. Prior to joining TWi, Rick worked for Zenith Goldline, Andrx, and most recently DAVA. During his time with DAVA, Rick held various positions, including Sales VP, Operations VP, and Senior VP. He led and managed market development, product sales, supply chain, product pricing, and marketing strategies. He built the sales and marketing team that launched the first generic product for DAVA and accomplished significant business results. Mr. Rick Pallokat graduated from University of Fairleigh Dickinson and received his MBA degree in Marketing.

Rich Franchi: Vice President, National Accounts

Rich has over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Most recently, he spent the last decade as the VP of National Accounts and Trade Relations for DAVA Pharmaceuticals. Rich is responsible for all selling activities for the U.S. Market, including: direct contact and relationship building with all customers including retailers and major wholesalers. He also has experience in managed care markets, GPOs and the United States Government. Rich began his career as a territory sales manager for Johnson and Johnson and has worked for other major pharma companies such as Lederle Labs and Ranbaxy Pharmaceuticals. Prior to joining DAVA, Rich spent seven years as the head of sales for G&W Laboratories.

Justin McManus: Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Justin is responsible for the management of TWi USA National Account customers and internal sales operations, as well as business development activities, including ANDA acquisition, licensing, and M&A projects. He brings in more than 15 years of pharmaceutical sales, marketing, and strategic sourcing experience in both agency and corporate roles. Prior to joining TWi, Justin held various Sales, Marketing, and Strategic Sourcing positions for Thomas Direct Sales, a specialty pharmaceutical advertising firm, DAVA Pharmaceuticals, Lannett Company, and most recently The Harvard Drug Group/Cardinal Health. Justin graduated from The College of New Jersey and received his BA degree in Public/Mass Communications.

Janice Busam: Vice President of Finance

Janice is responsible for the TWi US Finance department. She brings more than 15 years of accounting and finance experience in the Pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining TWi, Janice worked for Barr Pharmaceuticals and DAVA Pharmaceuticals. While in the pharmaceutical industry, she has been involved in many different areas of finance. Mrs. Busam graduated from Seton Hall University and has passed the Uniform CPA examination.

Linda Nesbitt: Manager, Supply Chain & Administration

As the manager of Supply Chain and Administration, Linda collaborates with key business partners and processes across the supply chain for the purpose of creating value for customers and stakeholders. Linda brings 15 years of Supply Chain and Quality experience to the role, having previously held positions as Supply Chain Project Manager, Operations Manager, Manager of Continuous Improvement/Lean Manufacturing and Quality Supervisor at DAVA Pharmaceuticals and Benjamin Moore & Co. Linda graduated Montclair State University, receiving her BA degree in English.

Kim Rothofsky: Senior Director, Sales Operations

Kim is responsible for all of TWi’s sales operations including order processing, customer problem solving, new product launches, product distribution, inventory monitoring, sales reporting and sales force support activities. She also has indirect oversight of junior sales associates and supply chain manager. She brings more than 25 years of customer service and sales operations experience in the generic and brand pharmaceutical industry. Kim began her career at Zenith Laboratories and has worked for other major pharma companies such as MOVA Laboratories, Par Pharmaceutical, Eisai Pharmaceuticals and DAVA Pharmaceuticals. Kim graduated from the University at Buffalo and received her BA degree in Communications.

Kari Olson: Associate Director, National Accounts

Kari is responsible for the daily management of TWi's customer accounts, including order processing, contract and pricing maintenance, troubleshooting customer inquiries, and management of house accounts. She comes to us with over 11 years of pricing, planning and inventory experience having worked as an Inventory Analyst for the Food Network and a Pricing and Planning manager for Travel Channel and GAC. Kari graduated from St. John's University with a BS degree in Communication Arts and a minor in business.

Christine Civi: Senior Accountant

Christine Civi assists the controller with TWi accounting processes and has 2 years of pharmaceutical accounting experience. Before joining TWi, Christine worked for DAVA Pharmaceuticals as Staff Accountant where she gained industry knowledge. Christine is a strategic thinker, is a highly-organized accounting professional with a strong understanding of accounting principles she applies to daily corporate practice. Ms. Civi graduated from Pace University in 2013 with a BA in Public Accounting and a minor in marketing.
